Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged within 30 days for a full refund with proof of purchase** Damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange. Please note that most mythstone products (unused) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. The cost of shipping and additional services such as gift wrapping are non-refundable.
However, if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.), we will also pay for return shipping.
If the item is in stock, once we receive the return, you will receive either a refund or a replacement item.
